William H. Vaughan

William Harrison Vaughan, age 93, a lifelong resident of Dinwiddie County, passed away Thursday, August 30, 2012 at Southside Regional Medical Center. Born July 7, 1919, he was a World War II Army veteran, and a retired employee of Allied Chemical. He was a charter member of Kenwood United Methodist Church. Mr. Vaughan is survived by his wife of 67 years, Mary Marshall Vaughan; daughter, Ann Cummins and husband, Michael Cummins of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Scott Cummins and Amy Cummins of Memphis, TN. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 3rd at Kenwood United Methodist Church.
