William Henry Trombly

William "Bill" Henry Trombly, 69, of Disputanta, VA, passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Doris Trombly; and siblings, Leo Trombly, Jr., Carol Sevigny, Patricia Rocha, Diane Trombly, Bonnie Price, Mary Destromp, and Pamela Ploof.

Bill was a former member of the Burrowsville Ruritan Club, a self-taught car enthusiast, a devoted member of Newville UMC, as well as a member of the National Guard 26th Aviation Division from 1974 to 1980 in Bradley Field, CT.

Bill is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Sharon Lee Trombly; daughter, Alicia Socha (Scott); granddaughter, Lena Socha; brother, Thomas Trombly (Kelly), of Cossayuna, NY; sisters, Sharon Sklarski, of South Hadley, MA, Susan Cazziol, of Hammond, NY, Denise Trombly-Lugo (John), of Winterport, ME; numerous nieces and nephews; and his two furbabies, Bella and Stella.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at Newville United Methodist Church in Prince George, VA.
