William Leonard Bristow, Jr.

William "Bill" Leonard Bristow, Jr., 75, of Dinwiddie County, passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. Born in Petersburg, VA, he was the son of the late William Leonard Bristow, Sr. and Pauline Bristow; and was also preceded in death by his loving wife, Darlene Bristow. Bill was a United States Army Veteran having faithfully served his country during the Vietnam War and had retired from Bellwood after many years of dedicated service. Mr. Bristow is survived by his son, Steven L. Bristow; one sister, Betty "Sue" Hipkins; one niece, Jennifer Hipkins; and numerous other loving family and friends. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., on Sunday, June 29, 2025, at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in memory of Bill Bristow, Jr.
