William James Kehoe, Jr.

William James Kehoe, Jr., known to all as Jay, of Chester, VA, passed away on August 29, 2026. He is preceded in death by his father, William James Kehoe, Sr. "Bill". He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Tina Chapman Kehoe; children, Jason Kehoe and Morgan Kehoe (Miranda); grandchildren, Grace Antill and Carson Kehoe; and his siblings, Cindy Rolfe (Bob), Gina Meadows, and Coy Kehoe.

Jay retired from Dominion Energy after 40 years of dedicated service. Jay loved his wife and children deeply and cherished his roles as husband, father, and grandfather.

The family will receive friends at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son on Thursday, September 3, 2026, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
