William Howard

William Edward Howard, 81, of Dinwiddie passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2007. He was the son of the late Edd and Minnie Fincher Howard. He is survived by his wife, Catherine P. Howard; son, Randolph Howard; granddaughter, Tara Richardson and husband, Danny; great-grandson, Justin Richardson; great-granddaughters, Alexis, Ashley and Maya Richardson. Services will be private.
