William Henry Belcher Jr.

William Henry Belcher Jr., 73, of Chester, passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2013. Born in Prince George County, he was the son of the late, William H. Sr. and Mary Womack Belcher. Mr. Belcher is preceded in death by his wife, Clarice F. Belcher. He is survived by his children, Charles Belcher and his wife, Coleen, William H. Belcher III, Julie Belcher and her fiancé, Saul, and Paul Belcher and his wife, Cindy; stepsons, Steve Foutz and his wife, Vicki, and Brian Foutz and his wife, Heidi; grandchildren, Richard, Cameron, Sabrina, Hollis, and Keirstyn; step-grandchildren, Kate and Aaron; brother, Richard Belcher; sister, Theresa Shelton; and other loving family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home, with interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
