Virginia Mays

Virginia Kathrine Mays, age 83, of Chesterfield, VA., passed away peacefully into the Lordâ??s hands on Sunday, April 11, 2010. She was preceded in death by her parents Willis and Delia Martin, husband William Russell Mays, a son David Willis Mays; 7 brothers and 4 sisters. She is survived by 3 sons, Ray, Donnie (Brenda), and Wayne Mays; 2 daughters, Pauline Bailey (Bootsie), Patsy Quick (Joey); 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Chester chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son funeral home on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will take place in the funeral home on Thursday, April 15; at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Dale Memorial Park, Chester, VA.
