Virginia Anne Manning Dillard

Dillard, Virginia Manning, 70, of Midlothian, VA, formerly of Charlotte, NC, passed from this life on April 20, 2015. She is survived by her son, Jonathan Dillard and his wife Michelle, of Midlothian Va. She was preceded in death by her brother Glen and her parents Herbert and Anne Manning. Virginia grew up in Blacksburg, VA and graduated from Virginia Tech. She worked as an architect and city planner. Virginia was beloved by many and will be greatly missed. All services will be private.
