Victoria Lynn Burgess

Victoria Lynn Burgess, 58, of Hopewell, VA, passed away on March 14, 2025.

Born to the late Wayne and Leslie Peppers, Victoria was raised in Enon, Chesterfield County.

Victoria was a devoted homemaker, taking pride in caring for her husband and creating a warm, welcoming home. An avid birdwatcher, she found peace in the quiet moments spent observing nature, and she loved the tranquility of the beach. Long drives and listening to music were among her favorite ways to unwind. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Victoria is survived by her loving husband of 9 years, William B. Burgess, whom she shared 25 wonderful years with; sister, Elizabeth Wolfe and husband, Douglas, and their daughter, Kathleen Carter; brother, Wayne Peppers, Jr.; aunt, Jenie Imgrund and husband, Tom, and family.

The family is being served by the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
