Vernon H. Parham, 85, a resident of Chester, passed away on Tuesday, October 6, 2015. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 8, 2015 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
