Cover for Tracey Metzger's Obituary

Tracey Metzger

Feb 25, 1966 — Sep 8, 2026

Tracey was first a mother then grandmother. She adored her three children and grandchildren. She was so thrilled to be an Ol' Mama again!

Anywhere she went. She lit up a room and was the life of the party. If she knew you, she loved you. She also wasn't afraid to tell you about yourself either! Full of spunk and spontaneity; She was always ready to bust a move and didn't care who was watching!

To her children, she guided them, validated them, never judged them, and was ready to drop everything to help her children well into their adulthood.

For over 45 years, she was everyone's auto parts girl. If you needed something for your car -she had the parts and the deals!!

If you didn't have a mom, my mom gladly took over, making her children's best friends feel the love of a mother. This loss is being deeply felt by everyone, but Tracey would not want you to be sad. Instead, just LAUGH and LOVE LIFE as she did!!

She is survived by her life partner of eight years, Teddie Stinnett, who loved her very dearly; Her three children, Kelley DeAnn Dorsey (Lee), Gary Beecher Dorsey (Melanie), and Gracey Leigh Mastromarino (Dustin); Her grandchildren, Maicey Jo Lamm, Bear Artorius Equi Dorsey, Noah Mastromarino, and Strawbaby Mastromarino, due April 2027; Her siblings, Joan Dale Williams (Phil), Darrell Newton Blevins (Teresa), Norman Dennis Blevins, William Clifton Blevins Jr. (Molly), John Franklin Blevins (Marcie), Roxie Elizabeth Blevins, William Casey Blevins (Kelly), and Sarah Stacey Blevins; Her loving Auntie Karen Blevins Potter; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews, whom she loved very much.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Frances Lee Hughes; Father, William Clifton Blevins; Sister, Brenda Darlene Woods; andthe father of her children and life partner of 33 years, Timothy Allen Dorsey, whom she never stopped loving or grieving.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 13, 2026, at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Interment will be private.
