Susanna M. Smith

Susanna Smith, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on April 4, 2026. Susi encouraged and supported her husband's dedication to his country as he served his country in the US Army. She proudly stood by his side as he shined in his illustrious military career while taking the reins at home to ensure all were loved and taken care of.

She was a loyal friend and beloved member of German women's club. Susi enjoyed dancing, singing, sharing a joke, and telling tales of old Germany. She loved her animals and treasured her daily walks, with a stop along the way, to visit her favorite friend and neighbor. She loved to entertain her girls. Her birthday celebrations were all about hosting, baking, and cooking - the birthday feast always topped off by a glass of wine.

Susie was the best caretaker for her family and friends and will be greatly missed by us all.
