Stephen Maiorana

Stephen Maiorana, 60, of Hopewell, loving husband, father and friend passed away Saturday,
October 27, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents, Vincent and Elizabeth Maiorana; sister, Carol McNeil; and brother, Ronald Maiorana. Steve was recently an Environmental Health Specialist with Chesterfield County. He graduated from The Culinary Institute of America and pursued his passion as a chef. He was a former instructor at Johnson and Wales University and was the food service director for John Randolph Medical Center. Steve had a love of food and photography and will always be remembered as “Chunky Boy”. He is survived by his loving wife, Robin G. Maiorana; son, Ronald S. Maiorana; daughter, Susan M. Maiorana; and brother-in-law, Dan McNeil. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 2, 2012 at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home.
