Sr. B. Quicke

James B. Quicke, Sr. 81, of Petersburg, widower of Betty Gray Quicke, passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2010. He was a native of Prince George County and son of the late Henry L. and Cassie M. Ratley Quicke. He was predeceased by a grandson David James Weese. He was a retired employee of the City of Petersburg. He is survived by his daughter, Debbie K. Harver and husband, Alan of Ford; son, Ricky Woodlief of Long Island, NY; three grandchildren, Charlie Barron and wife, Molly of Ford; Christal Walter and husband, Francis of Texas; Amanda Harver of Ford; and six great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 am Friday, January 15, 2010 in Blandford Cemetery. Mr. Quicke will be available Thursday at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T.
