Sheila Marie Callan

Sheila Marie Callan, 35, of Chesterfield, VA, died November 28, 2025. Born and raised in Altoona, PA. She was the daughter of the late Anthony P. Callan and her mother, Alisha Marie Callan. She was a loving partner, mother, daughter, and sister and was loved and respected by so many. She graduated from Altoona Area High School and continued her studies at Southern New Hampshire University working towards a bachelor degree in HR. Sheila was a very active individual as she worked out daily, loved to hike and kayak, and played endlessly with her daughter every chance she was given. She was also a selfless person touching the hearts of so many on her journey through life. Sheila is survived by her life partner, James Matthew Horn; her daughter, Adelyna Lise Callan; her brother, Michael Callan; and her mother, Alishia Callan. A funeral service will be conducted on Friday, December 5, 2025, at 3:30 p.m., at Mt Calvary Baptist Church, in Petersburg, Virginia. The family will receive friends after the service until 5:30 p.m. The family is being served by the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
