Roy Williams

Roy Upton Williams, 94, of Petersburg, passed away February 2, 2012. He was predeceased by his parents Willie Newman and Naomi Sheffield Williams, along with sisters Vivian W. Jones and Virginia â??Tillieâ? Williams, brothers Horace Pulley and Douglas Williams. Roy was a member of Madison Heights Baptist Church of Lynchburg, VA. He is survived by his nieces, Kay Ellen Woolridge (Tom) of Chester, Janet Page DeBernard (David) of Hartsville, SC, Debbie Outland (Ben) of Louisa County, and Linda Pulley of Woodbridge.
