Roselyn Ann Price Stell

Roselyn Ann Price Stell, 83, of Dewitt, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, July 19, 2025.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl Harding Price, Sr. and Mary Louise Price; her husband, Elton Wadsworth Stell; her son, Troy Lee Mitchell Stell; her granddaughter, Ashlie N. Stell; her great-granddaughter, Ashley Nicole Priday; her brothers, Jerry Herbert Price, Sr. and Earl Harding Price, Jr.; and her sisters, Peggy Sue Guilliams, Jannette Price Gupton, and Terrie Ross Grissom.

Roselyn worked as a teacher's aide with Hopewell Public School Systems. She loved her job and enjoyed working with children. Roselyn was also a longtime member of Smyrna Baptist Church. Above all, Roselyn loved her family. She will be remembered for accepting everyone she came into contact with. She will be sorely missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.

Roselyn is survived by her children, Philip Wadsworth Stell (Susan), Lawrence Edwin Stell (Gale), Kathryn Darlyn Schoening (Warren), Kalley Jeanette Saye (Danny), and Tracy Elton Wadsworth Stell (Diane); 22 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; a brother, Bruce Wayne Price; and multiple extended family members and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 11:00 AM, at Smyrna Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Smyrna Baptist Church.
