Robert Keith Dressler

Robert "Bobby" Keith Dressler, Jr., 74, of Hopewell, passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Dressler, Sr., and Francess Allen, and daughter, Nekole Dressler.

Bobby was a retired Millwright from Local #1402. He had a passion for Harley Davidson, and loved to take scenic rides. He enjoyed westerns, his fur babies, and being around his family and friends.

Bobby is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Joanne Dressler; children, Bobbi Dressler and Holli Dressler; grandchildren, Danielle, Stacie, Hailey, and Zakkary; great-grandchildren, Aiden, Alex, and Kaiden; his fur babies, Lilly, Scooter, and Daisy; as well as many other extended family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. The family will receive friends the night prior from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, August 10, 2026, at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Southlawn Memorial Park.
