Rhonda Woodfin Bottoms

Rhonda Woodfin Bottoms, 70, of Ford, VA, passed away on May 16, 2026. She was predeceased by her father, Thurman "Junie" Woodfin, Jr.; and her niece, Megan Johnston. Rhonda was a graduate of Colonial Heights High School.

Rhonda is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, John Bottoms; her sons, Jacob Ryan Bottoms (Jennifer) and Jeremy Scott Bottoms (Sarah); grandchildren, Ryleigh, Jordan, Kaylee, and Dalton; mother, Jessie Faye Taylor Woodfin; brother, Scott Woodfin (Joy); and sister, Traci.

Rhonda loved the beach, her family, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother (MeMe).

There will be a visitation for family and friends on Friday, May 22, 2026 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Dinwiddie Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, 6616 Boydton Plank Road, N. Dinwiddie, VA 23803. A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at Corinth Community Church, 8721 Claystreet Road, Ford, VA 23850. Interment will take place at the church cemetery immediately following the service.
