Rebecca Anne Amos

Rebecca Anne Amos, 52, passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. She is preceded in death by her son, Robbie Tomlin.

Rebecca loved being outdoors when the weather was nice, preferably next to a body of water. She was very creative and artsy. She could make something out of nothing, especially when cooking. She loved her pets, Gotti and Copper, as well as Oakley. Gotti was her baby and nobody could get on him except for her. Rebecca really enjoyed the little things in life like a car ride down a back road with her favorite songs playing. She loved to take the scenic route.

She is survived by her fiance, Wayne Powers; her children, Brandi McCall, Bradley Tomlin, Bryan Tomlin, Blake Witt, and Brenton Owens; her five loving grandchildren; her parents, Robert Witt and Alecia Chiarky (Dennis); her aunt, Karen McGeorge; her siblings, Angie Huff (David), Bobby Jean Cain, Ronald Whitley Witt, and Melissa Duffey. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at 2:00 PM, at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior. Interment will follow at Merchants Hope Memorial Gardens.
