Phyllis Wiley Ratliff

Phyllis Wiley Ratliff, 79, of Prince George, passed away on Friday, October 16, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Tyler and Mattie Blankenship Wiley; son, Steve Johnson; 2 brothers, Thomas and Frank Wiley; sister, Sandra Wiley; and brother-in-law, Joe Richards. Mrs. Ratliff was a member of First Baptist Church of Hopewell for many years and retired from the State of Virginia after 30+ years of service as a secretary. She is survived by her loving husband, J.C. Ratliff; sister, Maxine Richards, 3 brothers, Roger Wiley and wife, Jean, Kermit and wife, Karen, and Mason and wife, Connie; sister-in-law, Jessie Wiley, 7 grandchildren, Stacey Johnson, Stephanie Baker, Nikki, Adam, Sydnee, Jacklyn, and Krista; 2 daughters, Terri Batton and husband, Mark, and Lolli Morris and husband, Harry; 3 sons, Marty Ratliff and wife, Lisa, Bob Ratliff and wife, Kim, and Jeff Ratliff and wife, Sherry; special aunt, Lillian Rutledge; 2 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Visitation and services will follow at the Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home in Princeton, WV.
