Phil Delano Swimelar, Sr. 78, of Chester, VA., died, Monday, April 11, 2016. He is the son of the late Hiram and Mary Frye Swimelar.
Phil is survived by his daughters, Angela S. Owen and husband, Michael and Tonda Pasowicz; sons, Phil Swimelar, Jr. and wife, Joanna, and Lawrence D. Swimelar; sisters, Esie Cain, Eula Fekete, and Helen Wells; grandchildren, Kelly A. Cain, Trace R. Swimelar, Christine A. Swimelar and Anthony J. Swimelar.
