Patricia Winnie Wilson

Patricia "Patty" Winnie Wilson, 70, of Prince George, passed away on February 17, 2026. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Dennis Winnie, Sr. and Florence "Lucille" Ashby Winnie; and her brothers, Harry Winnie, Sr. and Johnnie Winnie. Patty worked at Haley Automotive for numerous years. She volunteered at the Prince George Christmas Mother where she was a member for 25 years and served as Past President. She also volunteered with CASA and Prince George Food Bank for several years. She was a Tri-City Elf Helper for over 25 years. Patty had a love of animals, plants, and gardening. She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Mark Wilson; brother, Dennis Winnie (Rose); sisters, Jackie Hogwood (James) and Kathe Harris (Greg); sisters-in-law, Margie Winnie, Pamela Williams (David), and Nancy Wallace (Ken); brother-in-law, Larry Wilson (Rebecca); special nieces, Heather Richey (Eric) and Amber Harris Maxwell (Patrick); nephews, Charles "Butch" Winnie; great-nephews, Ethan and Ryan; and numerous other nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, February 20, 2026 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at Southlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Sanctuary Rescue, 1519 Huguenot Road, Suite 105, Midlothian, VA 23113, in her honor.
