Patricia "Patty Ann" (Porembka) Repko

Patricia "Patty Ann" (Porembka) Repko, 84, of Petersburg, Virginia, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at her home. She was the beloved widow of Thomas "Tom" R. Repko, Sr.

Born January 14, 1942, in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Joseph R. and Viola (Stepanic) Porembka.

Patty is survived by her children, Theresa Repko See, Thomas Repko, Jr. (Wanda), Ronald Repko and Jennifer Repko-Nowlin (Otha); 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews, including her Latrobe family.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Tom, who passed away November 10, 2022. Also preceding her were her brothers, Joseph Porembka, Jr., Robert "Bob" Porembka, Sr. and Richard "Rich" Porembka; her sister, Eleanor Samella; and her daughter-in-law, Crystal Repko.

Patty was a caregiver early in life and always enjoyed having children around. She was a marvelous host, with an entertaining personality, and a love for feeding those around her. Many Thanksgiving meals were lovingly prepared by Patty while she also taught anyone who wanted to learn how to make each dish. The entire family also knew when Christmas was on its way by how frequently Patty was firing up her oven for her famous nut roll cookies.

Family and friends will be received on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, 3050 W Hundred Rd, Chester, VA 2383. Interment will be at Arlington National Cemetery on a date to be determined.
