Norma Davis Dotson

Norma Davis Dotson 92, of Hopewell passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2013. She is preceded in death by her husband, Herbert G. Dotson; parents, Joseph Emory and Manilla Hutchenson Davis.
Norma was a charter member of Unity Baptist Church in Prince George, a Sunday school teacher for many years, member of the Officer Wives Club at Fort Lee, and a member of the Home Demonstration Club of Hopewell. She is survived by her son, Tim Dotson and his wife Donna; daughter Glenda Runner and her husband Rocky; grandson, Ros Runner; sisters, Jane Loony and her husband Clyde, Hassie Davis and her husband Chester; brothers, Charles Davic and his wife Julia, Joe Davis and his wife Jerri; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and extended family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6pm to 8pm on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service. A funeral service will be held 11am on Thursday, May 23, 2013 in the chapel. Interment to follow in Merchants Hope Memorial Garden. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com .
