Nancy Mae Kellam

Our beloved mom, Nancy Kellam of Chester, VA died November 13, 2025. Born and raised in Exmore, VA, she was the daughter of the late Haywood and Emory Turner.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Charles Floyd; her sister, Lorraine Heaster; and brothers, George and Francis Turner. She is survived by her sister, Jane Turner, of Stillwater, OK; son, Russell Kellam III and his wife Sherrill, of Melbourne, FL; daughter, Karen Pobiak and her husband Gregory, of Chester, VA; and son, George Kendall Kellam and his wife Anne-Sofie, of Combs La Ville, France. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Kelsey Reed and her husband Curtis, of Virginia; Olivia Kellam Flagel and her husband James, of Utah; Alisha Tracey and her husband Ryan, of California; Thibaut Kellam and his wife Delphine, of France; Aaron Pobiak and his wife Lauren, of South Carolina; Collin Pobiak and his wife Kelsey, of Virginia; and Axel Kellam, of New York. Mom was also blessed with eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Mom enjoyed a long career as a paralegal working in Newport News, VA, and Anchorage, AK. She loved reading, playing word games and puzzles, watching football, and being with her family.
