Myrtle Lee Tuck

Myrtle Lee Tuck, 91, of Chester, passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2013. She was the daughter of the late Thomas L. and Emma Oakes Brown. Mrs. Tuck was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde D. Tuck; and siblings, Hazel Neal, Carola Farthing, Larry Brown, Frank Brown, Hampton Brown, and Jessie Brown. She is survived by her children, Braden Tuck and his wife, Diana, Gary Tuck and his wife, Barbara, Steve Tuck and his wife, Mary Ellen, and Janice Perkins and her husband, Steve; nine grandchildren, Johnny, Kenneth, Todd, Brian, and Steve Tuck, Wendy Fish, Holly Murnane, DeMarion Johnston, and Anne Sutton; eighteen great-grandchildren; brother, Jimmie Brown of Hurt; sisters, Jeanette Dowdy Harris of Lynch Station, and Virginia East of Vinton; and other loving family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 8, 2013 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Bermuda Memorial Park in Chester.
