Michael Wyatt, 66, of Prince George, passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2013. He was born in Norfolk, Virginia to the late, William Clyde Wyatt and Pauline McGaha Wyatt Eure. Mike was a founding member of the Prince George Emergency Crew. During his 22 years in the Air Force, he served his country in many duty stations around the world, lastly at Andrews Air Force Base where he was key in mission planning for Air Force One. After retiring as MSgt., Mike continued to serve his country as a Senior Watch Officer with the Department of Energy. Mike was a tireless volunteer in the Prince George Community, constantly sharing a story, smile and capable helping hands to anyone in need. He was an avid fisherman enjoying time with friends on the Bay and later in life with family on the pier or pond. He is survived by his wife, Eunice Wyatt; son, Michael Louis Wyatt and his wife, Stacey; beloved grandchildren, Bailee Victoria Wyatt, Mitchell Cole Wyatt, Cooper Owen Wyatt; brother, Gary Wyatt and his wife, Anna; sister, Patricia McCubbin and her husband, Gary; niece, Kimberly Vogel; two nephews, Chad McCubbin, and Jesse Wyatt; sister-in-law, Louise Riddle and her husband, Morris; brother-in-law, Dale Morris and his wife, Ann. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service on Wednesday, March 20, 2013.
