Michael Shane Neace

Michael Shane Neace, 54, of South Chesterfield, VA, passed away on November 16, 2025. He was born on December 3, 1970. Shane was a graduate of Matoaca High School (class of 1989), worked for Reynolds Metal/Alcoa for 12 years, and loved the Raiders football team.

Shane was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Neace; and grandparents, Jack and Shirley Blankenship. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Jessica Neace; mother, Vickie (Pat) O'Connell; three children, Deven (Ali), Reid, and Brooke; aunt, Sheila "Sissy" Soloe; mother-in-law, "Nanny J." Long; numerous family, friends, and all of his furry friends.

A visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., on Sunday, November 23, 2025, at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son. Additional services will be private. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to a local animal shelter or food bank.
