Matthew Collier

Matthew Michael Collier, 23, of Dinwiddie, died Sunday, April 15, at the Medical College of Virginia. He was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose and was a dedicated employee of the Hopewell Moose Lodge. Mr. Collier is survived by his mother, Karen Walkup Collier, and Clint Whittington of Dinwiddie, his father, Michael Rimel Collier of Waverly, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

On Wednesday, April 18, a Moose Memorial Service will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service. The family will receive friends following the service until 8:30 p.m. A graveside service will be Thursday, April 19, at 11 a.m. in Waverly Cemetery, Waverly, Virginia. The Rev.
