Mary Hatch

Mary Riley Hatch, 66, of Chesterfield County, widow of William D. Hatch, passed away Friday, September 24, 2010. Born in Rockbridge County, VA, she was the daughter of the late Charles Franklin Riley and Mary Quinlin Riley. Mrs. Hatch is survived by her sons, Thomas E. Clark, Kenneth B. Sheffield, and Robert D. Sheffield; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Doris, Barbara, Peggy, Charlotte, Shirley, and Nancy; devoted nieces, Stephanie, Amanda, and Rose. The family will receive from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 28th at the Petersburg Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Blandford Cemetery. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com .
