Martha Toy Strange

Martha Toy Strange, 85, of Chester, passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2013. Born in Waco, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Jesse and Alma Walls. She was also preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years, Ray Allen Strange. Mrs. Strange was the proud owner and operator of the BP Gasoline Station on Willis Rd. She had a passion for antiques and loved to garden. She is survived by her children, Marlene Green and her husband, David, Jim Strange and his wife, Susi, Kimberly Bryant-Palmer and her husband, Jerry, Blake Lawhorne and her husband, Mark, and Phil Strange and his wife, Rita; ten grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be donated to the American Heart Association, P.O.
