Lyndon Nelson David

Lyndon Nelson David, 43, passed away on April 14, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer.

He was born in Trinidad and Tobago on January 4, 1983, and migrated to the United States in 1993 at the age of 10. He later made his home in Chesterfield, Virginia. Lyndon graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School and went on to further his education at Old Dominion University. After graduating, he built a career as an engineer with the City of Richmond.

Outside of his work, he had a deep love for cars and took great pride in maintaining his yard. He had a natural ability to fix just about anything, a skill that reflected both his intelligence and his willingness to help others. He was a dedicated father who loved coaching his children's soccer teams and was never shy about engaging with neighborhood kids, always making a lasting impression on those around him.

He will be remembered for his strength, his steady spirit, and the way he carried himself through life. If you ever asked, "Are you okay?" his response was always, "If I'm not, I'm gone be." Even in his fight with cancer, he showed resilience and determination, truly fighting a good fight.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Evelyn Noel.

He was a devoted husband and father, leaving behind his wife, Tiffany, whom he lovingly called "Beek," and their three children, Kelvin, Londyn, and Thaddeus. He is also survived by his mother, Annette Washington; his father, Uric David (Agnes); his siblings, Nicole, Natalie, Victoria, Kimberly, and Joshua; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving relatives.

There will be a celebration of Lyndon's life at Motivation Church, 3904 Old Hopkins Road, North Chesterfield, VA 23234, on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 2:00 PM with a visitation one-hour prior.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
