Leona Shabram

Leona Shabram, 89, of Prince George, VA, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, June 25, 2026.

Born and raised in Hot Springs, SD, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Elizabeth Weise. She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Robert Shabram; her daughters, Linda (Tim) Heretick and Cindy Fields; her sons, Randy (Diana) Shabram and Tim (Pam) Shabram; her 11 grandchildren; her 17 great-grandchildren; and her sister, Ardith (Frank-deceased) Burgess. Leona was preceded in death by her sisters, Beverly (Ted) McClure and Sharon (Lloyd) Warner.

Leona was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Between spending time with her family, she also enjoyed gardening and tending to her hummingbirds.

Visitation for family and friends will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 30th, 2026 at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. and will be followed by a procession to Merchants Hope Memorial Gardens for interment.
