Lawton Jr. Turner

Lawton M. Turner, Jr., 77, went to be with the Lord on Nov. 28, 2006. He was the son of the late Mamie Ragsdale Turner and Lawton M. Turner, Sr. He is survived by cousins, George Ragsdale and wife, Mary Emma, Helen Harmon Shurm, Edwin â??Buddyâ? Ragsdale and wife, Wainetta, Coleman and Julian Ragsdale, Emeline Ragsdale, Mary Scott Ragsdale and husband, Phil and Virginia Ragsdale and husband, Steve Ringer. The family will receive friends at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service from 6 to 8 pm on Friday, Dec. 1, 2006. A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, Dec. 2, 2006 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Blandford Cemetery. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com .
