Larry Wayne Owens, 82, of Petersburg, Virginia, passed away on January 14, 2026. There will be a visitation at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son on Sunday, January 18, 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Graveside service will be at Blandford Cemetery on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
