Ngo Thi Xuan Lan

Ngo Thi Xuan Lan, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and elegant figure, passed away peacefully at the age of 79. She is survived by her devoted husband, Nhan Nguyen, with whom she built her beautiful life and extraordinary family.

Born and raised in the beautiful coastal city of Da Nang, Vietnam, Lan carried the warmth and resilience of her hometown with her throughout her life.

Lan was the loving matriarch of an extraordinary family of 40 direct relatives spanning four generations. She is survived by her six devoted children: Bao, Duyen, Linh, Lily, Thien, and Anh, whose lives she enriched beyond measure. Her children, their spouses, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were truly the center of her world.

She was widely respected as a hard working woman who approached her ventures with grace and intelligence, finding success through a combination of effort and an innate ability to connect with people. Yet, those closest to her will remember her for her vibrant, sophisticated spirit and her enduring love of all things beautiful, including her joy of listening to music, and for being a very good cook whose meals were a source of family gathering and great joy.

Lan possessed a true flair for style and elegance, with a particular affection for pearls and makeup. She was never without a striking look, always dressing in her favorite palette, ranging from bold red to gentle pink and regal purple. She lived her life with color and passion, leaving a legacy of beauty, strength, and unwavering devotion to her family.

Above all, Lan will be remembered for her profound and unconditional commitment: she always sided with her family, no matter what, serving as their fierce champion and loyal foundation.

Ngo Thi Xuan Lan's vibrant presence will be deeply missed by her expansive family and all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 10 a.m. at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. The family will receive friends the day prior, on Sunday, November 9, 2025, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
