Kenneth Ray McCormick

Kenneth Ray McCormick, 73, of Dinwiddie, VA, passed away on August 23, 2025.

He was the son of the late James Hilton and Lura Dean McCormick. He loved fishing, hunting, farm animals, watching old western movies, sipping on a cold one, and listening to old country music. He was a loving father and grandfather.

In addition to his parents, Kenneth was preceded in death by his brothers, Bobby McCormick, Billy McCormick, and Archie McCormick; and his sister, Betty Jean Norfleet.

Kenneth is survived by his ex-wife and dear friend, Debra Winslow; his children, Kelly McCormick and Tiffany Joyner (Brandon Joyner); his grandchildren, Brendon Jones, Alexis Harris, Austin Hayes, Hailey Joyner, Erin Joyner, and Jacob Joyner; and his siblings, Jerri May Bowe and Irene Grant.

The family will receive friends on Monday, September 1, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at the Dinwiddie Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., at Southlawn Memorial Park.
