Kay Tipton Campbell, 81, of Carson, VA, passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Vernon Wesley Tipton and May Lee Paige Tipton; and was also preceded in death by William S. "Billy" Campbell, Sr.; and her son, Wesley Campbell. Mrs. Campbell was a longtime member of the Order of the Eastern Star and was a member of Oakland Baptist Church in Prince George, VA. She and her husband, Billy, were the owners and operators of W S Campbell Towing and Repair until their retirement. Mrs. Campbell is survived by her son, Scott Campbell and wife, Marcy; her daughter-in-law, Tracey Campbell; five grandchildren, Samantha Love and husband, Hunter, Stephanie Campbell, Kayleigh Campbell Mullenix and husband, John, Thomas Campbell, and Madison Campbell; four great-grandchildren, Kassidy Campbell, Parker Love, Hudson Love, and Lilliana Mullenix; and her niece, Angela Thomas and husband, Danny. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George, VA. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., on Friday, December 12, 2025, at the funeral home. A reception will be held following the interment at Carson Volunteer Fire Department.
