Judith Ellen Wade

Judith "Judi" Ellen Wade, 78, of Colonial Heights, Virginia, passed away on March 24, 2026. She was born in Ohio to the late Mary Cannarella and Harvey Dunn. She is also preceded in death by her siblings, Paul A. Dunn and Carolyn Lewis. She was a faithful follower of Christ and prayed for all who touched her life. She attended Grace Baptist Church in Dinwiddie, VA for the last 10 years. Judi was a wonderful craftswoman, she loved to bake, and she loved food, which was evident in the jobs she held, including at Bill's BBQ. Judi is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, William "Willie" Wade, a handful of nieces and nephews, extended family members, and wonderful friends who felt like family.

The family will receive friends from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, 3050 W. Hundred Road, Chester, VA 23831. A funeral service will be held at 10:00am on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at Grace Baptist Church, 23814 River Road, Petersburg, VA 23803. Interment will follow at 1:00pm at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 4000 Pilots Lane, Richmond, VA 23222.
