Jeana Kim Berry

Jeana Kim Berry, aged 83 years, entered into the care of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on the 26th November, 2024. She was born in Osaka, Japan, on the 1st of November, 1941 and raised in Korea. After many hardships, she immigrated to this country and was married for over 40 years. She was the faithful widow of Rev. Dean R. Berry. She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Henshaw; her son-in-law, Lewis Henshaw II, lately of Hopewell, VA; as well as a sister, various cousins, and other family residing in Korea. In addition, she was known for being very involved in her local church, and was beloved by many there, and renowned for her service and humble spirit.

The family will receive guests on Thursday, 5 December, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, 820 W. Broadway, with a service to follow at 11:00 a.m. Interment will take place at Virginia Veterans Cemetery at Amelia, 10300 Pridesville Road, Amelia Courthouse, VA 23002.
