Jason Patrick Thompson, 27, of Hopewell, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2009. He was preceded in death by his mother, Debra Patrick Thompson. He is survived by his father and step-mother, Jack and Jean Thompson; sisters, Kara Holmes (Brent) and Kami Adamek (Ondrej); paternal grandmother, Junko Thompson; maternal grandmother, Betty Patrick, and numerous loving relatives.
