Jamie Lee Miller

Jamie Lee Miller, 58, of Petersburg, formerly of Hopewell, passed away on Friday, December 27, 2013. She was the daughter of the late James Leroy Miller, Sr. and Charlotte Marie Heldreth Miller. Jamie enjoyed crafts, puzzles, making things out of yarn, spending time outdoors and loved cats and other animals. She also volunteered at the Humane Society and loved spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her sisters, Theresa Sorrell, Carolyn Pemberton and her husband, Victor; brothers, James Miller, Jr., and his wife, Karen, Mark Miller; niece, Vicky Catlett; nephew, Chris Pemberton; good friend, Rose; other extended family and friends. Her family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Monday, December 30, 2013 at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 31, 2013, also at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
