James Sr. Grooms

James T. â??Tommyâ? Grooms, Sr., 67 passed away April 16, 2007. He was a Navy Veteran and Reynolds Metals retiree with over 30 years of dedicated service. Preceding him in death were his mother, Margaret L. (Grooms) Traude and father, Charles C. Grooms. Survivors include his daughters, Wendy Grooms Little, Julie Anne Grooms, Kimberly Paige Grooms and son, James T. Grooms, Jr. He also leaves behind a sister, Jean Smith, and brothers Charles C. Grooms, Jr. and Robert Grooms. The family will accept visitors from 6:00-8:00pm Friday, April 20th at J. T. Morriss & Son, Chesterfield Chapel. A graveside service will be held at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Richmond, Va., Saturday, April 21st at noon.
