Jack D. Dunlap Sr.

Jack Dempsey Dunlap Sr., 64, of Disputanta, VA, passed away on Monday September 30, 2013.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Jimmie and Freda Mays Dunlap; brother, Ronnie Mays; sister, Gail Jackson. Jack retired from Honeywell after 26 years of service, and from Superior Slitting after 18 years of service. He was a member of the Chesterfield Moose where he served as an officer for the Men of the Moose, and loved spending time with his family and friends especially his grandchildren, and his K9 companion Shelby. Jack is survived by his sons, Jack Dunlap Jr. and his wife Shannon, Bryson Dunlap; daughters, Krystal Joyce and husband Mike, Toni Johnson, Paula Craft and husband Kasey; grandchildren, Bryson, Elizabeth, Devin, Dillin, Aliyah, Dovie, Noah, Cash; great-granddaughter, Collins; fiancé Wanda Johnson; brother, Johnnie Dunlap; several nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends. A memorial service will be held 11 am Saturday, October 5, 2013 at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service. Interment private.
