Helen Harlow

Helen Louise Harlow, 88, of Chester, Va., passed away on Friday, August 3, 2012. She retired as a secretary from the Federal Government. She is the widow of Marvin Harlow and is preceded in death by her parents; Joseph T. and Laura Butler Edwards; son, Earle E. Rines, Sr.; brothers, Joseph T. Edwards, Jr., and Willard E. Edwards. She is survived by her sister, Thelma E. Moody; granddaughter, Earlene Moore & husband, Win; grandson, Earle E. Rines, Jr., & wife, Niki; great-grandchildren, Coty, Tori & Seth as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends on Sunday August, 5, 2012 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at J.T.
