Hazel Lucille Watkins, 67, of Dinwiddie, passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dewitt and Mary Dunford. She is survived by her children Thomas Goodwin, Rebecca Stoker, Kimberly West (Conrad), Sharon Dunford, and Karen Scott (David). She was a loving and caring mother. Hazel was a special person with one of the biggest hearts in the world, and she never met a stranger. Condolences may be registered at
