Harry Nugent

Harry Linwood Nugent Sr., 83, a lifelong resident of Prince George passed away on Monday, September 5, 2011. He was born on July 29, 1928. His passions in life were his dogs and hunting. He was a hardworking man who was retired from Seaboard Coastline Railroad (CSX). Mr. Nugent was also the owner of Nugent Grocery; and had a side business of digging wells. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 63 years, Helen Nugent; a son, Harry â??Linnyâ? Linwood Nugent Jr.; a daughter, Deborah Grant and husband Michael; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and one remaining sister, Mollie Lee Archer. A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 10, 2011 at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, with Mr. Pat Elder, officiating. Interment will be private.
