Harold Charles Barney, 74, of Hopewell passed away on Thursday April 9, 2015. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Joan Barney; daughters, Holly Phillips and her husband, Eric, Patty Montanye, and her husband, Tony, Hope Ayers; son, Bill Barney; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Eric, Shawnie, Cheyenne, Kaiya, Jonah, Michael Jr., Sean, Kimberly, Kenny, Ryan, Megan; Great-grandchildren, Gabriel and Malachi. All services are private. The family is being served by the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service. Condolences may be registered at
