George Nicholas Bellucci

George Nicholas Bellucci, 81, a resident of Prince George, Va. passed away Saturday, February 7, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nicholas and Madeline Bellucci, and his infant daughter Zoe Ann. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Zoe B. Bellucci; daughters, Jacqueline Bellucci and Phyllis Bird (Wayne); grandchildren, Rachel and Angela Poreda, Tessa, Thomas and Tyler Bird; brother in law, Carl Biber (Myra); cousins, Mary Selover (Harry) and Mary Metra Frain (Thomas); numerous cousins, friends and extended family. George was an Army veteran serving during the Korean War. He loved reading and spending time at the local library. George’s fabulous sense of humor served him throughout life, he was joking until the end. Above all George was a caring husband, father and grandfather who loved his family and will be missed by all. A visitation will held at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. 820 W. Broadway Hopewell, VA 23860. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, February 11, 2015 10a.m. at Church of the Sacred Heart 9300 Community Lane, Petersburg, VA 23805.
